The Old Globe has a long-standing history of excellence in theatrical artistry, but our work also lives beyond the stage. We take theatre to places where it's seldom seen, engaging with the people in our community, touching lives, and lifting spirits with our transformational arts engagement programs. Your support is essential.

Your generous gift will support:

Theatre for More San Diegans

Whether in the community, on our plaza, or through free student matinees, arts engagement programming brings theatre experiences to San Diegans of all ages.

The Artists of Tomorrow

Through fellowships, workshops, and our renowned actor training program, The Old Globe and University of San Diego Shiley Graduate Theatre Program, The Old Globe invests in artists who will take American theatre by storm.

New Play Development

The Globe commissions workshops and hosts readings of new works, telling stories from many perspectives and cultivating the future of theatre.
